Welcome! Please read these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using our workout tracking mobile application (the "App") on Android and iOS. By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. Eligibility & Account Registration
- Users must be at least 13 years old. Under 18? Ask a parent or guardian’s permission.
- You must create an account using Google or Apple login. Provide accurate, current information and notify us of any unauthorized use immediately.
2. License to Use the App
- We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App, solely for your personal use, according to these Terms.
- You may not rent, lease, sublicense, distribute, copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from the App.
3. User-Generated Data
- You retain ownership of all workout data you submit (“User Data”).
- If we offer sharing or social features, your posts may be visible to other users; use these features responsibly.
4. Third-Party Integrations and Services
- Our App integrates with:
- Firebase (Authentication, Analytics, Storage, Crashlytics)
- RevenueCat (Subscription & purchase management via Apple and Google)
- Apple/Google Login & Payments
- Optional integrations like HealthKit, Health Connect, Strava, etc.
- All third-party privacy policies apply. See links in our Privacy Policy.
5. Subscriptions, Billing & Refunds
- Premium features are accessed via Apple App Store or Google Play, managed through RevenueCat.
- Payments are processed by Apple/Google—we do not store payment details.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled according to App Store policies.
- Refunds must be requested via the App Store or Google Play.
6. System Requirements & Updates
- You’re responsible for maintaining a compatible device, current OS and internet connection.
- Subject to automatic updates—continued use means you accept updates and new Terms.
7. Acceptable Use
- Do not use the App to:
- Violate laws or third-party rights
- Upload harmful or illegal content
- Reverse-engineer or mass-scrape data
- Breach app security
- Impersonate others or use unauthorized accounts
- Violation may result in account suspension or bans.
8. Exporting & Deleting Your Data
- You may export workout data in formats like CSV, and request full data deletion by contacting support or through app settings.
9. Health Disclaimer & Use at Your Own Risk
- The App does not provide medical, health, or fitness advice. It’s a tool for tracking workouts.
- You use the App and perform workouts at your own risk. Consult a professional before starting any exercise.
10. Termination
- We retain the right to suspend or terminate your account for breaches or misuse without prior notice.
- You can terminate these Terms by deleting your account and unsubscribing.
11. Limitation of Liability
- The App is provided “as is,” with no warranties.
- We are not liable for any injuries, data loss, downtime, or indirect damages related to App usage.
- Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
12. Changes to These Terms
- We may update these Terms; material changes will be communicated via in-app notification or email.
- By continuing to use the App after updates, you accept the new Terms.
13. Miscellaneous
